Hey, friends! Hope your summer is going great. Just a quick update to let you know that CHUM Hardcovers have landed in the US. We got a note last week that the shipment from our overseas hardcover printer arrived in port, and were going through customs inspections, with final truck delivery to our warehouse to follow. Hopefully, there are no delays with customs, but I expect books should be in and ready to start shipping within the next week or so!
All Backerkit surveys have now been released, including our PLEDGE OVER TIME backers. At this point, we're 90% survey complete, with just 23 Backers with surveys that have yet to be completed.

Note, we've also charged all credit cards for add-ons and shipping costs. Currently FOUR backers cards errored in Backerkit and will need to be fixed before we can ship those rewards.
To facilitate a swift fulfillment process, we've started buying and printing shipping labels for some of the orders, so the labels are ready as soon as the books come in. This means that you may have tracking numbers loaded in Backerkit prior to the books actually being shipped, so the tracking won't be available until the books are actually received by the post office.

Hey, friends! Hope you're doing well and your summer has been full of fun and sun. We just received news that our production run of CHUM hardcovers have been completed, packaged up, and will be departing the ports in China on July 23. They're expected to arrive in the west coast USA on August 6th, and will then be trucked to our warehouse. So we expect to be able to start shipping books to backers mid to late August, which puts us right on track for our posted September anticipated delivery date!
ALL SURVEYS ARE OUT! 90% COMPLETE AND READY TO ROLL!
All Backerkit surveys have now been released, including our PLEDGE OVER TIME backers. At this point, we're 90% survey complete, with just 25 Backers with surveys that have yet to be completed.

Hey, Chum fans! We have an AWESOME update for you, including hot from the factory floor pics of the next book.
But first, a quick announcement that we have an exciting new project from John Lees & Joe Mulvey that's dropped this morning. Grawlgore & Shanks Books #1-2 is a high fantasy detective series staring a dwarf and an orc.
THE CAMPAIGN IS LIVE NOW, AND OUR DAY ONE BACKERS ARE GETTING AN AWESOME BONUS!

Hey, chums! Hope you had a great weekend. Just a few quick updates for you today:
We sent out our Backerkit Surveys to all backers (other than Pay Over Time Backers) on Friday, and we're thrilled to see that 73% of you have already completed them. This is a HUGE help as far as getting us the info we need to finalize order counts on products.
There are still 99 backers who need to complete surveys, so please get those in as soon as you can!
⬇️Digital Files Have Been Released!
In other good news, your CHUM Definitive Collection PDF file has now been released and is available to download in Backerkit! (YAY!)
When you log into Backerkit, you'll see a button to access your digital files.
There you'll see all of the digital files you have access to in your pledge.
Note: If you ordered the RYAN K LINDSAY Treasure Trove Digital Archive, those books should be available for you now as well. And if you missed out on it, it's still available in the add-ons section:
A NOTE FOR SUPER VIPS WHO PLACED $1 RESERVATIONS BEFORE THE KICKSTARTER!
When we first sent out the surveys, some of our Super VIPs registration bonus books were not showing up in their surveys. We've hence corrected that issue, and now all of our Super VIPs should see both upgrade items in their carts. Apologies for any confusion... and we really appreciate your continued support.
